My team at Godfrey Dadich and I were assigned the exciting task of developing a visual identity for Sony Research.

To kick off the project, I conducted a thorough competitive audit of other R&D initiatives from companies in a similar field. Concurrently, the strategy team was hard at work finalizing the core brand messaging, ultimately deciding on the powerful tagline, "Pioneering the Future of Creation."

Upon presenting several potential directions for the identity, our client selected the option below. This creative direction features compositions inspired by the golden ratio, a vibrant color palette with gradients, and illustrations that layer 3D abstract renderings over photography, alluding to each one of the five senses.
